In Shock: My Journey from Death to Recovery and the Redemptive Power of Hope by Dr. Rana Awdish
A real life experience of Dr. Rana Awdish who was attacked by HELLP syndrome when she was pregnant. Dr. Awdish talks about more than just facts; she incorporates her emotions throughout her experience. She also emphasizes on making crucial decisions during tough difficult times. (She was a guest speaker in one of my medical science events. She uses pathos throughout her book that move the readers.)

The Sea of Monsters by Rick Riordan
Good book. Really like the suspense and the adventures. I like mythology and the intense amount of action. See, this is a follow up of Percy Jackson.
Divergent by Veronica Roth
Living in the dreary faction of Abnegation, Beatrice Prior leads a boring, yet complicated, life. When the Choosing Day comes around, she must choose a faction to dwell and train in for her life - the rest of it. Will she choose Amity, the cheerful; Candor, the just; Erudite, the wise; or Dauntless, the daring? In this thrilling work of dystopia, watch Beatrice grow and learn, make life-changing decisions, and fight for her life.

More Happy Than Not by Adam Silvera
Despite my high hopes after reading the premise (especially after skimming a sea of positive reviews), Silvera failed to fully develop his characters first and foremost, thus never capturing his audience's interest, and then ineffectively attempted to create plot by losing his grasp on his characters' goals. Overall, I believe that a lot of revision and reconsideration of what Silvera was trying to convey through his words would have made the book more bearable.

In my opinion this book is an amazing fiction story about gods and demi-gods who get tangled with the problems that come with that.

The Crucible by Arthur Miller
The Crucible is a book about the Salem Witch Trials that occurred in the 1600s. To start off, The Crucible is a book with a lot of action all at once, especially in act 3. In my opinion The Crucible is a very weird book with things like accusations being thrown all over the place.

This book was very relatable even if the reader is not a theater person. The message of the story is fascinating. It gives people dealing with all the conflicts mentioned, however also allows for an interesting read.

Wonder by R.J. Palacio
Good book. You should read it. Has lots of great moments between the characters, but I will not spoil anything. That is why YOU should read it unless you don't care about knowing.

Three Times Lucky by Sheila Turnage
A girl named Moses "Mo" LoBeau and her best friend Dale have to solve a murder mystery in their town, Tupelo Landing. This book makes you want to keep your windows and doors locked, so no one will bother you while you read. A good mystery is what everyone needs.

Bendy and the Ink Machine: Dreams Come to Life by Adrienne Kress
A book can grab your hand and ask you to follow it. This is precisely what this book did to me. I physically felt what Buddy was feeling and kept reading it because it was that good! I felt like I was pulled back in time and saw everything he saw! I even have a theory about the game! But anyways, this book made me proud to be a member of the fandom! I also reread it to find any and all details I may have missed, plus it's that good! "You're got to read carefully," because, "You can't trust the drawings."

Restart by Gordon Korman
It's a good book! Well, imagine being a bad kid and then oof, you fall off a roof. Well now you are blacked out. You have 2 people in front of you and they're supposed to be your best buddy and, of course, your victim that you have bullied. This is such a great book and it also has so many twist plots.
