Front Desk by Kelly Yang

My review of this book is that this is a great book.  I’m going to do this for a book talk.  It’s a very chill book because it has a lot of detail but as well it is mostly talking about Mia.  She moved to the USA from China.  Mia is the author kind of.  She is based on the life Kelly Yang had.

Yolk by Mary H. K. Choi

This book is one of my favorite books because it is extremely detailed and does not have a necessarily happy or sad or cliffhanger, it has a happy melancholy ending.  When Jayne's sister gets stage 4 cancer and then she couldn't get surgery so she had to use her sister's college insurance and then her sister had to move to her house and she eventually finds out that her sister has cancer, read to find out what happens next!?

Super Fake Love Song by David Yoon

This book was one of my favorite books of all time because it was really descriptive and showed all of the aspects of lying.  I liked this book because it was relatable and the author, David Yoon, is one of my favorite authors.  This book is about a character, Sunny Dae, and his parents' friends' family moved to the city and Sunny tells a lie to their daughter he would regret for his whole life!
