This is an amazing book! It takes place in the modern-day USA, except in this world there are a set of laws on life rights. They basically say that life is sacred from conception until age 13, but from age 13 to 18, troublesome teens can become forced organ donors. The story follows Connor, Risa, and Lev as they try to escape from Juviecops and survive until they reach 18.
