Harry Potter and the Cursed Child by J.K. Rowling
In my opinion this is one of the most interesting Harry Potter books (even though it is not technically part of the series). I love the turn of events near the end.

The Untamed (tv series)
I really like this TV show because it's really creative and surrounds around the story of 2 men who you would consider complete opposites in ancient mystical China? It also does a lot for LGBTQ+ representation in East Asian countries considering the censorship.

Red Dragon by Thomas Harris
I really enjoyed this engaging thriller because it gives a personal perspective of what it's like to be a forensic psychologist - which is something I am very interested in. It is a very disturbing story & left me wanting more.

The Giver by Lois Lowry
In my opinion I believe that The Giver portrayed the dystopian society very well of which Jonas the main character lives in. It portrays emotions very well, and put me in circumstances of what I would imagine I would do if I was in that situation.

PC Building Simulator (game)
Great for planning your own PC and is realistic in terms of building and cost.

Carry On by Rainbow Rowell
Ms. Rowell delivers the perfect quantity of humor, action, and heart in Carry On. With the same charming characterization present in Fangirl, only many more monsters, she presents a play on the "perfect chosen one," replacing it with an awkward, likable protagonist instead. Rainbow Rowell may be one of the best YA authors of the decade, and I can't wait to see what she releases next!
Endling the Last by Katherine Applegate
I really like this book because it has a lot of action. The character starts out with a bad situation and with the help of her friends she succeeds in staying alive.

Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief (movie)
This movie was a faithful motion picture adaptation to the beloved Percy Jackson series...said no one who has read the PJO series ever. I appreciate Alexandra Daddario's acting but however she looks nothing like Annabeth from the books. I would recommend for people who want to dip their toes in the series, but for no other reason.

Refugee by Alan Gratz
I am reading the amazing book Refugee by Alan Gratz in school. I already read it before that. I love this book. Alan Gratz did an amazing job and I love how all of the main characters connect. I also love all of his other books such as Grenade, Allies, and of course Refugee. They are so good. I own all of the 3 I just listed.

Keeper of the Lost Cities by Shannon Messenger
It is very interesting and it never gets boring. Many adventures Sophie goes on. This book is about how she figures out who she is, where she came from, & who made her.

The Almost Moon by Alice Sebold
I read The Lovely Bones and greatly enjoyed it, so I expected Sebold's third book following a similar structure would be as suspenseful and engaging. However, Almost Moon was nothing of the sort. The narrator's perspective was sickening, and the initial murder was described in gory detail and lasted for over 7 pages. After seeing how Sebold handled the topic of murder in The Lovely Bones, I was majorly disappointed by how she interpreted the same scenario in Almost Moon.

The Elite by Kiera Cass
Even the first page is exciting! I love the descriptive words and different writing techniques Ms. Cass uses. I also love how she is able to mix fantasy and real life situations into a very cool story. I am so glad my friend recommended me this book!

Bendy in Nightmare Run (video game)
When days seem to go on with no end, I always wind up letting my mind wander to Nightmare Run and the Nightmare Squad (just what I call the four bosses) and wondering if there will be future updates. But in all seriousness, Bendy in Nightmare Run has a charming aesthetic, gameplay that gets you hooked, amazing characters, great descriptions for the toons, cool and cute costumes, details in the game that really bring characters to life, awesome and adorable enemies and bosses, incentives to encourage players who feel like giving up, and all-around amazing gameplay!

The Secret Life of Bees by Sue Monk Kidd
It's a great novel about a 14 year old in a southern state and she has to face a lot of segregation. I love the book because she has a lot of bravery, and she has great will power.
