In Stung by Bethany Wiggins, a girl named Fiona wakes up and everything is different, including herself.  I found this book a bit gritty, and there was a lot of talk about bees.

Class Matters by correspondents of the New York Times

If you really want to be bored, read this book.  Lots of symbolism and hidden messages, not really my thing.  Had to read it for an honors class; it was even harder to write a paper on.  Please, I really wouldn't read this if you're a teen.  Maybe when you're older (then I think one would enjoy it).

Here's How Mazda Built its Rotary Engine (article) by Raphael Orlove

This was a very interesting article, because I didn't know a lot about rotary engines beforehand, and this gives insight into Mazda's innovation and how they were able to apply that tech to their sometimes very fuel-efficient vehicles, or extremely powerful vehicles that dominated the import JDM racing scene and gave way to a revolution.  The author, Raphael Orlove, is able to find a way to convey the message and information of rotary engines in a fun and descriptive way.

A Wrinkle in Time by Madeleine L'Engle

Meg is hurt and confused.  Her father left on a trip, but never came back.  Then she meets three celestials: Mrs. Whatsit, Mrs. Who, and Mrs. Which.  Will Meg find her father at last?

Loki by Mike Vasich

I've read Loki three times now.  It is a great book and captivates me with the way that it blends mythology, action, and magic into a wonderful story.

The Only Astrology Book You'll Ever Need by Joanna Martine Woolfolk

The book is about zodiac signs and what they are.  The book explains what your personality is based on what month you were born in.  They explain who you are compatible with.

Battleship (movie)

Battleship was an amazing movie that people who like sci-fi and fictional movies would love.

To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee

It's really good; I enjoyed it very much.  It touched base with many important issues, from back then to today's society.

Macbeth by William Shakespeare

The book has perfect symbolism and has meaning pertaining to the current day.  Great teen read.
