The book was pretty good overall. It moved slowly in the beginning and middle and everything happened towards the end. It was also very depressing and negative because it involves a girl who is very depressed and lonely. You don't understand why she is like that until later and it gets better after that.

A really good book; an awesome variations of witches and warlocks. A good read--but a bit long.

Blood Music, by Greg Bear
Good book, very scientific and descriptive. The novel kept me reading and wanting to know what happened next. Not very good grammar, seems like not a bunch of editing was done.

Bone Series, by Jeff Smith
The series starts as light-hearted and funny and gets increasingly intense and detailed. Because it's a graphic novel series, you can really get to know the characters and Smith does a wonderful job with that. If you like fantasy, you'll like this series. The story is intricate and magnificent.

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, by Stieg Larsson
Salander is a socially awkward girl with an intense murder follow. She teams up with Blauokist to solve the Locked Island disappearance. The story is great, fast-paced, and bold. For nature readers only.

Kill Me if You Can, by James Patterson
I thought that this was a thrilling read. Through the whole novel there were twists and turns, where mysteries were uncovered that you would not have seen coming; I think this made the book more of a page-turner.

A Man without A Country, by Kurt Vannegut
Comprised of a series of insights and reflections on his past and present life, Vannegut's novel is ripe with a satirical sort of cynicism and wit and gives the reader plenty to think on and apply it to their own life.
