The second book in Synder's trilogy "Glass" was a disappointing follow up to the first. The action seemed forced and was too similar to her other books. However, twists involving the soul-switch of Urlick and Delvin was intriguing and as always, Synder's voice is shining and melodic.

Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson
Speak was a good book except it dragged on a bit. It was very descriptive and easy to relate to. Speak wasn't one of the best books I've ever read, but it was pretty good. Rating: 2 out of 5
