Malcolm Gladwell's Outliers is a book in which he argues the true reasons behind success and successful people.  He makes his points using evidence by charts and statistics, and also by literary devices that help make a compelling case on why successful people are successful.

But don't get fooled; this book won't tell you how to become successful.  It may just crush your dreams of becoming successful because being successful relies on more preparation and luck than passion and perseverance.
